By using ThinkyPlay ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. ThinkyPlay is operated by Jizha Network.

1. The service

ThinkyPlay provides free online puzzle and brain games. We may add, change, or remove games at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its software.
• Do not submit abusive, offensive, or illegal content to any community feature.
• Do not use automated tools to artificially inflate leaderboards.
• Do not scrape, bulk-copy, mirror, or systematically extract Site content or data, and do not use Site content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

Game names and rules may reference popular puzzle concepts. ThinkyPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trademark owner of those games.

All original code, interfaces, and editorial content on the Site belong to ThinkyPlay / its operator, Jizha Network. Original editorial content includes crossword clue text, puzzle grids and themes, curated puzzle libraries, and puzzles generated by our systems.

Part of the answer vocabulary is sourced from the Crossword-Nexus Collaborative Word List, distributed under the MIT License (©2021 Crossword-Nexus), with attribution retained in our third-party notices. We do not claim exclusive ownership of individual words or facts; our ownership covers the original editorial expression and curation above.

"Free" means these puzzles may be played on this Site at no charge. It does not mean you may freely copy, redistribute, or otherwise use the puzzles or content for any other purpose.

4. Content and data ownership; AI use

You may not, without our written permission: (a) scrape, bulk-copy, mirror, or systematically extract content or data from the Site; (b) republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content or data; or (c) use Site content or data to train AI models, build corpora, or develop machine-learning products or services. Unauthorized access or use does not waive our rights, and we may pursue available remedies (including copyright or database-protection claims and termination of access).

5. Availability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site.
